Zoom Meal Prep from 21-day Challenge

Breakfast- Soy Chorizo

  • 1/3 c Soy Chorizo

  • 1c egg whites

  • 1/2 cup cup Brussel Sprouts/ cabbage

  • 1/2 cup Green beans

Lunch- Black Bean Chick Pea Bowl

  • 1 cup chicken breast (1 salmon filet)

  • 1.5 cup cauliflower riced

  • 1/4 cup black beans

  • 2 tbsp chick peas

  • 1/4 cup cooked white rice

  • 1/4tsp chicken bouillon

  • 1/2 cup avocado (none with salmon)

  • 2 corn tortilla sea salt
