Breakfast- Soy Chorizo
1/3 c Soy Chorizo
1c egg whites
1/2 cup cup Brussel Sprouts/ cabbage
1/2 cup Green beans
Lunch- Black Bean Chick Pea Bowl
1 cup chicken breast (1 salmon filet)
1.5 cup cauliflower riced
1/4 cup black beans
2 tbsp chick peas
1/4 cup cooked white rice
1/4tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 cup avocado (none with salmon)
2 corn tortilla sea salt
