When your on POINT! YOU will see the results! I Prefer to add calories and not cut but if your gonna cut we are gonna get you in the right position so your not starving!
My homegirl here did a reverse diet and lost weight at the same time! I prefer this method over all else. Feed your body and your body will thank you for it!
