My homegirl here did a reverse diet and lost weight at the same time! I prefer this method over all else. Feed your body and your body will thank you for it!


Unparalleled Nutrition helped me change my eating habits. Coach Meli designed a nutrition program for me that was easy to follow and was always there if you have any questions. One thing that I really liked about the time that I spent with Meli  was the weekly checkins to track your progress.  When I started out with Meli I weighed around 260lbs and since the time I had Meli, she has helped me lose over 40lbs. Maribel started with me in March 2017- we have been adding calories and although her weight on the scale remains the same her body composition clearly made a change in her favor. Shes got more energy and stronger in the gym (she trains crossfit)


 I am no stranger to flexible dieting, Like a lot of other people, wanting instant results, I cut my calories too low when the scale wasn't moving fast enough.  When I started working with Meli I was only eating 1,400 calories a day. she looked at where I was with my macros each week and assesses my progress pictures, asks how I feel that week, and monitors my weight, workouts, and sleep. She has encouraged me to take a more relaxed approach to my diet (i.e., don't take a food scale out to a restaurant) because if this is going to be a lifestyle it has to be realistic and practical. She reassures me on my not-so-great weeks and tells me to keep going. I now weigh what I did in my early 20s and my bodyfat is lower than it has been in almost 15 years. I feel great energy wise, & I do not have cravings because no food is "bad" or off limits, as long as it fits within my macronutrient goals for that day. I get to have pizza and birthday cake with my kids without any guilt. From personal experience, Meli is not like other trainers/coaches- she will not compromise your health in order to offer the quick results most people seek. I have accomplished more in the four months I have been working with her, than in the year and a half I spent trying every diet under the sun.

Cecy used the flexible dieting approach and lost 3 inches around her hips and midsection and 2.5 inches off her waist all while adding calories. Going from 1480 calories a day to 1750 calories a day maintaining her current exercise regimine.

Whitney took another approachto her nutrition and focused on easy ways to create balanced meals for her hectic schedule. She tracked her food less often and little by little learned how to portion each and every meal for herself and her family.
