Lets get to know you a little better. Please answer the following questions as honestly and with as much detail as possible. This will help me understand your unique goals and what’s been keeping you from those goals. It's more than just about just getting fit, its about habits, the way you think, what you know and how you implement these into your daily lives. I need to know what your goal means to you and what will drive you to reach them. I will also be in a better position to establish the right plan for you. So, take your time. This is absolutely FREE! Please answer all these questions with as much detail as you can so I can better understand where you are coming from, how you think and where your end goal is. I will supply you with the tools to guide you through this process to reach your goal. But know that it is up to YOU to implement it. YOU have to want to do it. Sometimes we initially start strong only to find ourselves falling off the wagon. ITS OK! That's part of the process. Tomorrow is another chance to begin again. Just realize what it was that caused you to derail from the program and acknowledge it. Work around it, work through it, so that it doesn't become an issue again. Try and try again! You can't become a pianist/ public speaker/ coach/ teacher or cook overnight. It takes time, practice,  and MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS to become great at anything that you do!
