I require daily tracking and weekly check-ins to make any adjustments to your macros when necessary. 

o First time Clients $150 for 3 months ($80/ month thereafter)
o Month to Month Coaching $80.00 per month Or Bi Weekly check ins $50 per month
o 6 month commitment $400- weekly check-ins OR $300 for Biweekly check ins
