Welcome to your 2024 Nutrition Challenge!

I’m coach Meli and I will be guiding you through your challenge for the next 6 weeks.

Here’s what needs to be done before our start date Monday 1/15/24

1) go to your local Nutrishop and ask for your free InBody scan.

2) set up an appt with me. In the appointment we will go over your goals, the Inbody scan, supply your habit spreadsheet, and 3 meal prep containers, schedule weekly follow ups and to take your before pictures.

Once these are all completed your ready to begin your challenge when Monday comes.



Weekly Check ins- Every week will have a follow up either over the phone or via email to go over your weekly habit sheet, and Inbody scan. Yes I will require scans every other week. Here are the dates to get your next 2 scans before 1/26, and before 2/09 and before 2/23. Challenge ends 2/23 Friday

Habit sheet- you will work with google sheets using a habit sheet I created to help you with any other habits we need to work on that keeps you from reaching your goal. Think on this one. Lack of sleep, or proper sleeping ritual, lack of proper water intake. How consistent you are with workouts, it varies person to person.




 

Weekly Prizes- to participate in weekly prizes you are required to take a picture of your meal, workouts, or anything on your habit sheet and post it on your Instagram story tagging @Unparallaled_Nutrition. If you dont have social media, send it to me via text. One entry per day permitted and each entry is a ticket to that weeks weekly drawing. Drawings will be made Fridays. This is to help you stay on track even if you fail one week, you still have another chance to get back on the horse again. Prizes will be cash $10 or more, gift cards and gym stuff ;).

Meal Prep Containers you will use your meal prep containers to measure out all of your meals for the duration of the challenge. please use the sheet to assemble your meals ~~~>
