Cook your cod adding lime juice and cover for bout 10-15 min on medium heat. check the center to see if its cooked all the way and turn over for another 5 min. Add sea salt and dillweed to taste.
For the salad get
5oz cod cooked
200 grams of lettuce
1 tbsp full fat Cesar Dressing
more dill weed and chili powder to taste
1-2 chopped green onions

85g cup bell peppers
50g cup sliced onions
196g cup zucchini squash (noodles/ julienne grater)
2 tbsp light daisy sour cream
I used Herdez green salsa and sea salt to taste
This is awesome way to incorporate more veggies into your diet while having tacos. Sautee all veggies and steak together and add salsa in the end with some light sour cream.

Home Made Coleslaw
This coleslaw contains chicken to achieve a balanced meal
2 cups chopped/ shredded cabbage
2 tbsp light mayo
3oz chopped chicken breast
50 grams of julienned or peeled carrots
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 packets or small squirt of Stevia
Mix it all together and you get a delightful coleslaw salad. You can also let it sit in the fridge to wilt the lettuce a bit, but i like mine crunchy!
