Starting January 13 I will educate you guys with weekly emails on the importance of hydration, sleep, stress reduction, and what macros and micro nutrients. You will get a Food List sheet that will show you how to assemble your meals and to educate you on what foods fall under each macro nutrient. emails will also include tons of recipes to make this an easy plan to meet. To sign up fill out this questionnaire with as much detail as you can. I will use this to figure out how many meals each person should have. Everyone is different so its important that i supply you with individualized plans to help you reach your goal.

You can use this approach for sustainability/ fat loss/ muscle gain and to build a longer consistency with your diet and eating habits.

After completing the questionnaire i will contact you to schedule an appointment to come and do an Inbody scan and take before and after pictures. There i will go into further detail on the sheets you will use and how to approach your diet for the challenge.
