Was already putting in a lot of work at the gym and eating well before the challenge! But she stepped her game up to the next level with her commitment to this challenge and her results clearly show in her before & after pics! 3.5 inches lost, 2.8 lbs. and 1% body fat. The 1st Place Female Winner of the Phenom Fitness Challenge is Sara with a whopping 17 inches lost overall, down 6.6 lbs., and 3.07% in body fat. Sara stuck to the nutrition plan, and showed up for classes consistently, logging an avg of 5.5 hours of high intensity workouts each week! Congratulations Sara!

Dang brahh!! Esau pre-planned all his meal and weekly food prepping to meat his goals in this challenge to earn him top dog! Losing inches off his waist. He maintained his training. Sometimes it take just tweeking the diet that will make or break your results.
