I was in Jr high and I decided to make my own meals. I've tried many approaches in a desperate attempt to lose weight and gain a positive self image. It wasn't until I started crossfit and decided to change my nutrition, for performance instead of body comp, that I began to achieve my goals. I learned to properly fuel my body for my gains and metabolic performance and in return I began to see that not only was my body image improving but everything from mood/ energy levels/ performance had improved. Whole real foods and moderation of processed foods was the ticket! It's a long and difficult road as a eater i work at changing small habits and overcoming triggers that cause these episodes. Iām quite where I want to be yet but consistency and diligence will take me there and you too if you work at it.
I want to show you how to make the lifestyle and achieve a healthy relationship with food. Go to parties without worrying about what foods will be there. Have that cake! Just don't be eating it everyday. Everything in moderation and nothing off limits.
Specializing in Flexible dieting
When it comes to nutrition and health I have experienced almost every extreme. From being obese to being too skinny, experiencing eating disorders like binge eating and bulimia, I have seen and lived through so many stages of nutrition and health.
The challenges that I overcame were mental, physical, and emotional.
My goal is to help others be the best version of themselves, conquer their goals, and ultimately love themselves in any shape they may come.
