I just received my blood results and all 61 test were spot on. I will share with you the levels that were in were out of the range on my previous test and the recent results.

Triglycerides 85 mg/dl 157 mg/dl


Needless to say, the Dr. and I were very happy with the results and the direction my health is going. People can always lie about what they are eating, but the blood work does not lie. It was great to see the results of the hard work. We talked about going off the cholesterol medication and I will see him again on Dec 8th for my pre-op appointment. I think he will give me the approval to stop the medication as long as I am maintaining this weight.

Thanks again for your guidance and your last feedback was fantastic. Still trying to break that 200 mark and I was at 200.6 this morning. I will hit it before the operation. We are heading to Cabo next week for Thanksgiving, but they have a great workout facility and we are going to stay committed to eating healthy. May have a few tacos and skinny margarita's.

Unparalleled Nutrition helped me change my eating habits. Coach Meli designed a nutrition program for me that was easy to follow and was always there if you have any questions. One thing that I really liked about the time that I spent with Meli  was the weekly checkins to track your progress.  When I started out with Meli I weighed around 260lbs and since the time I had Meli, she has helped me lose over 40lbs. So I thank Meli everyday cause I would not have been able to lose that much weight and keep it o) it wasn’t for her help

Cecy, “… I am no stranger to flexible dieting, Like a lot of other people, wanting instant results, I cut my calories too low when the scale wasn't moving fast enough.  When I started working with Meli I was only eating 1,400 calories a day. she looked at where I was with my macros each week and assesses my progress pictures, asks how I feel that week, and monitors my weight, workouts, and sleep. She has encouraged me to take a more relaxed approach to my diet (i.e., don't take a food scale out to a restaurant) because if this is going to be a lifestyle it has to be realistic and practical. She reassures me on my not-so-great weeks and tells me to keep going. I now weigh what I did in my early 20s and my bodyfat is lower than it has been in almost 15 years. I feel great energy wise, & I do not have cravings because no food is "bad" or off limits, as long as it fits within my macronutrient goals for that day. From personal experience, Meli is not like other trainers/coaches- she will not compromise your health in order to offer the quick results most people seek. I have accomplished more in the four months I have been working with her, than in the year and a half I spent trying every diet under the sun…”
